Controls Engineer specializing in Allen Bradley PLCs and AutoCAD Electrical, will play crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for industrial processes and machinery. This role combines engineering, automation, and programming skills to ensure efficient and safe operation of manufacturing and production systems.
PLC Programming:
Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Allen Bradley RSLogix software.
Configure PLC hardware and I/O devices to interface with various components in the control system.
Implement control logic and ensure seamless integration with other system components.
System Design:
Utilize AutoCAD Electrical software to create detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts for control panels and systems.
Develop and review control system designs, ensuring they adhere to project requirements, safety standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in control system design and PLC programming, with a focus on AutoCAD Electrical and Allen Bradley PLCs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and Allen Bradley RSLogix software.
Strong understanding of industrial automation principles, control theory, and safety standards.
