We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales for our tier 2 automotive client based in the Toronto area. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel as needed.
