Job Description


itec group Inc. is currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager. The successful incumbent will be tasked to ensure that all company production activity is at optimal levels. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that focuses on your growth and development, placing emphasis on improving technical and practical skills to prepare for future career opportunities.

Key Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline; Management or professional qualification is an asset

  • At least 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment

  • At least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, data analysis, continuous improvement strategies, and employee legislation

  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce cost and increase the efficiency of production and manufacturing processes

  • Manage all documentation like production reports, budgets, material lists, regulatory legislations, and analytical reports

  • Train and develop team members and employees to improve efficiency

  • Ensure that processes are in accordance with safety and quality standards
