itec group Inc. is currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager. The successful incumbent will be tasked to ensure that all company production activity is at optimal levels. Key Qualifications include but are not limited to:
A degree in a relevant discipline; Management or professional qualification is an asset
At least 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
At least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, data analysis, continuous improvement strategies, and employee legislation
Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce cost and increase the efficiency of production and manufacturing processes
Manage all documentation like production reports, budgets, material lists, regulatory legislations, and analytical reports
Train and develop team members and employees to improve efficiency
Ensure that processes are in accordance with safety and quality standards
