Job Description
Our client a well-established GTA based Tier II automotive manufacturer has an immediate need for a Controls Specialist. This position will provide the opportunity to participate in all stages of each project. (Design, Programming & Installations)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design robotic work cell control systems
- Assemble, wire, program (PLC/Robot), and test control systems
- Develop work instruction and train personnel on the setup, operation, and adjustments of equipment
- Build BOM, order materials and generate electrical schematic
- Provide suggestions for improvements
