Job Description

Our client a world-leading CPG manufacturer is seeking a skilled and certified 309A Electrician to join their day shift team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical systems, troubleshooting, installation, and facility maintenance within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with 309A certification standards and local electrical codes.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and develop effective solutions for timely repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient electrical operations.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to coordinate repairs and installations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Valid 309A Electrician Certificate of Qualification (C of Q).
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
