The successful incumbent will be tasked to manage and maintain their designers and ensure activity adheres to customer needs. Key Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, P.ENG destination would be an asset
At least 3 years of supervising or management experience
A strong understanding of both Canadian and US electrical codes.
Strong business communication skills both with customers and the corporate management team.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Delegate and review all work with the Engineering department
Assist with more complex designs
Efficiently manage timelines and budgets
Create a workplace culture constant with the organization's core values
