We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Maintenance & Facility Manager. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of a GMP-certified manufacturing facility.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Developing, implementing, and overseeing the preventive maintenance program to ensure GMP compliance.
Managing day-to-day facility operations, including equipment maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure.
Leading a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to deliver high-quality service.
Ensuring all equipment and facilities meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Managing the facility's budget, including forecasting, procurement, and cost control.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to maintain GMP standards across the facility.
Conducting regular audits, inspections, and reporting on maintenance activities and compliance.
Managing HVAC, water systems, and other critical utilities to meet GMP requirements.
Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and upgrades.
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience in facility and maintenance management within a GMP-certified manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GMP regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Requirements:
Certification in Maintenance Management or Facilities Management (e.g., CMRP, FMP).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Familiarity with automation systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
