Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead their mid-size manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production facility, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your strategic vision and leadership will guide our team towards achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, logistics, and administration, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and meet operational goals while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators, production schedules, and budgets to drive operational efficiency and meet production targets.
Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations and standards, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvements, technology implementation, and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Drive innovation and product development initiatives to stay competitive in the market.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years managing teams and operations.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
