itec group is currently recruiting for a leading company in the London area to identify an experienced Human Resource Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within HR with a focus on union relations.
The Human Resource Coordinator job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Labour Relations
Attendance Management
Supporting with various HR projects
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary education with post-graduate certificate in HR
1 year of HR experience within a unionized environment
Ability to work independently and overall strong communication skills
CHRP designation considered an asset
