Job Description

itec group is currently recruiting for a leading company in the London area to identify an experienced Human Resource Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within HR with a focus on union relations. 

The Human Resource Coordinator job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Labour Relations 
  • Attendance Management 
  • Supporting with various HR projects
Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary education with post-graduate certificate in HR
  • 1 year of HR experience within a unionized environment
  • Ability to work independently and overall strong communication skills
  • CHRP designation considered an asset
