Job Description

itec group Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, training, orientation, total rewards, and other HR-related tasks within the organization. This position will provide the successful candidate with excellent technical and practical experience in the HR field that will provide skill growth and career development opportunities. At itec group, we provide candidates with a seamless experience to transition into suitable roles as professionals in their desired fields.

Key Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant program; CHRL preferred - 5 years of experience in HR within a leadership role, with an emphasis in a manufacturing environment
Experience in employment law, total rewards, and employee development and engagement as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP
Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure and dictate knowledge regarding employee relations, employment law, and labour relations
Lead and direct all company processes regarding training, recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, and compensation
Educate and inform on current HR trends, practices, research, and services - Ensure all processes comply to regulations and legislative requirements
