itec group is looking for a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Designer that will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing hydraulic systems and components for heavy industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulic engineering principles and experience in designing and troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop hydraulic systems and components for equipment, ensuring that they meet project specifications and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine designs, including mechanical and electrical engineers, and project managers
Conduct analysis and simulations to ensure hydraulic systems are efficient, reliable, and meet performance requirements
Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic system issues that arise during the manufacturing process, testing, or in the field
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source hydraulic components and ensure quality and reliability of components used in our equipment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering or related field
Proven experience in hydraulic system design and development, preferably in an OEM manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of hydraulic engineering principles, including fluid mechanics, pressure, flow, and temperature control
Experience with hydraulic simulation software, such as ANSYS or SIMULINK
Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex hydraulic system issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
