The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, optimizing stock levels, and implementing effective inventory management processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain an efficient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis.
Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts as required.
Maintain and update inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software).
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and system updates.
Partner with the warehouse, production, and procurement teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a related role.
Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP systems).
