Job Description

itec group is recruiting for a Maintenance Manager that has a minimum of 5 years of leadership/mentorship experience within a manufacturing environment.   As the Maintenance Manager in the injection molding industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility that specializes in injection molding processes. Your role will involve ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of machinery and equipment, implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and liaising with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.   Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities related to injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and facility infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of machinery and equipment.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Coordinate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities in a way that minimizes disruption to production schedules.
Qualifications:
  • 5 + years experience in maintenance management within the injection molding industry, with a strong understanding of injection molding processes and equipment.  
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
