Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor Manager with a strong background in construction and machinery integration. The ideal candidate will Site Supervisor, manage mechanical installations, and ensure seamless integration of machinery with structural components, all while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple Site Supervisors ensuring alignment with engineering plans and timelines.
  • Ensure machinery is integrated seamlessly into construction projects, while staying with project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address any challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of site activities, project status, and reports.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols across all phases of the project.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in management overseeing construction projects with a focus on machinery integration.
  • Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
