Manufacturing Engineer - Paint

itec group is currently for recruiting an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with paint line experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving paint manufacturing processes, future design/launch projects & capital project development.

In partnership with Operation and other Engineering departments, you will develop and implement new processes, improving manufacturing cells, and root cause resolution. This position will work closely and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Production.

Responsibilities:

Lead manufacturing paint line and future design/launch projects– capital project development, vendor selection.
Continuous improvement and enhancement to paint lines for optimized performance.
Help reduce machine downtime by implementing maintenance and preventative maintenance

What you bring to the table:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 5 yrs. experience in a hands-on process development role
2+ years of Paint Line experience
CAD experience
Ability to Liaise and lead efficiently at all levels of the organization
