Job Description


itec is recruiting experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a manufacturer in the GTA. The successful candidate will have proven leadership ability, experience leading capital projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and have supervisory experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

Manage the engineering team
Lead cross-functional project team
Complete production schedules
Project management
Main customer liaison
Manage manufacturing activities and continually improve processes
What you bring to the table:

University Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
5-10 years of experience within the manufacturing industry leading an engineering team
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
P.Eng. designation
