Job Description
Millwright
We are currently recruiting a licensed 433A Millwright that enjoys working in a fast paced manufacturing facility and are confident with troubleshooting hydraulics/pneumatics, welding/machining, and facility maintenance.
Our client stands among the industry leaders in their sector and is looking to hire a skilled Millwright with experience in a high production fabrication environment. This permanent position is on the night shift; the total compensation package includes benefits, bonus, and RRSP match.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on all plant machinery (welding robots, paint line, overhead cranes, compressors, laser cutting)
- PLC Troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) is an asset but not required
- Breakdown response of all production machinery in the plant
- Facility maintenance
- Welding and machining
- Work closely with millwrights, electricians, and automation technicians on the floor
What you bring to the table:
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic License
- Knowledge of automated machinery and the mechanical ability to handle a fast paced environment
- Read schematic drawings to repair equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics/pneumatics, compressors, pumps
