Job Description

 We are looking for an Operations Manager with expertise in welding and installation management to join our dynamic team and drive operational efficiency.

The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of welding and installation projects, ensuring optimal workflow, safety, and productivity. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, streamline processes, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily operations related to welding and installation projects.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure on-time completion within budget.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support in welding and installation practices.
  • Manage team schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of welding techniques, processes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with installation procedures in [relevant industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing].
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
