Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production scheduling software and inventory systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
