We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Senior Process Engineer.
This is a hands-on opportunity with a well-established advanced manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will take ownership of key production processes, support new program launches, resolve complex manufacturing issues and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, cost and overall process capability.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Develop, validate and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing production programs.
Provide hands-on technical support to production teams across multiple shifts.
Lead troubleshooting and structured root-cause analysis for quality and process concerns.
Support APQP, PPAP, run-at-rate and new product launch activities.
Monitor process performance using SPC and other data-driven improvement tools.
Improve yield, cycle time, quality, productivity and manufacturing costs.
Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, customers and external suppliers.
Support tooling, equipment, technical and capital improvement projects.
Prepare technical documentation, quality alerts and corrective-action responses.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum three to five years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience developing, troubleshooting and improving complex production processes.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
