Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our client's team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. Your strong leadership abilities, strategic mindset, and exceptional organizational skills will be essential in optimizing productivity, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement within our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans, considering factors such as customer demand, available resources, and production capacity. Create detailed production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of orders.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators. Set performance expectations, provide guidance and support, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement training and development programs to enhance the team's capabilities
Resource Management: Monitor and manage production resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure optimal utilization and minimize waste. Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability and maintenance of resources.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure production performance and track progress. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on production efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
