Job Description

itec group is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Manager with experience in working in a TSSA environment.

Description:
The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production supervision, coupled with a thorough understanding of TSSA regulations and standards.  


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage production staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
  • Ensure adherence to TSSA regulations and standards, implementing necessary measures for compliance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to address production issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Train and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
