Job Description
Production Supervisor
itec group Inc. is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity within a growing organization with future career growth opportunities.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
As the Production Supervisor you will be be managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of an unionized production floor to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. They work closely with production teams, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3 + years of Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Develop, direct, manage, train, and motivate employees through positive communication
- Promote safety programs and initiatives
Preferred Requirements:
- Post Secondary training related to Leadership, Maintenance and/or Manufacturing
- Must be willing to an afternoon shift
