Job Description


We are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor for a client of ours in Hamilton, an established manufacturer of stamped automotive components. 

As the Shift Supervisor, you will report to the Production Manager. You will be asked to lead a team of 5-10, while implementing processes, ensuring Health and Safety measures are followed, and helping to drive change. Experience in stamping and or automotive manufacturing will be essential to be successful in this role. This opportunity is with a stable company, with an attractive compensation package, and OT available and shift premiums
