Job Description

itec group is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Program Manager with a strong background in injection molding processes. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned automotive programs, from initial concept through production and post-launch analysis. This role requires a proactive leader capable of driving projects forward while ensuring cost, quality, and timeline objectives are met.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage the development and launch of automotive programs involving injection molding.
  • Oversee program timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Manage communication between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of program management for GM and/or Stellantis lauches with astrong emphasis on injection molding.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple automotive projects from concept to production.
