A leadership role where you’ll manage complex engineering projects within the nuclear sector, ensuring compliance, quality, and execution excellence. You’ll play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a highly regulated environment.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation through to completion
Ensure all project activities comply with nuclear industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, procurement, and operations
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Oversee technical design reviews, risk assessments, and project documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned processes
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineering team members
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of Project Engineering experience
At least 2+ years of experience within the nuclear industry
Strong understanding of nuclear codes, standards, and quality requirements (CSA, ASME, etc.)
Proven ability to manage complex projects in a regulated environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering Degree
Preferred Requirements:
P.Eng designation or working towards certification
Experience working with major nuclear organizations or EPC projects
Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent)
Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
Location: Mississauga, Ontario Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 + overtime & bonus
