Project Manager - High Rise Construction - Waterloo, ON
Our client, a Prime Contractor for high rise construction projects in the southwestern ON area. They are seeking to add an experienced Sr. Project Manager to execute projects effectively and efficiently. This is a permanent job opportunity. Reporting directly to the President/Director of construction.

The Project Manager will be responsible:
Full cycle decision making over multiple projects, from start up, budgeting and scheduling, to project closeouts
Collaborate with key stakeholders including building departments, government regulatory bodies, engineers, architects and other consultants
Complete review of building material, construction methods relate to building performance, job budgetand job schedule
Site Visits, Safety,
Utilize construction tools to manage and maintain job schedules. Example - Microsoft Project Professional
Management of estimates, BIDs, Pricing, coordinating subcontractors, client billings, approvals and expedite change order approvals
Qualifications:
CET Diploma
10 years experience as a Project Manager for High Rise Construction industry
Execution of Project $10 Million
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
Ability to Review and adjust drawings to OBC
Strong computer Skills - MS office
Willingness to travel; a valid driver’s license is required.
