Quality Engineer will lead the implementation and maintenance of quality systems to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, ensuring product safety, and upholding the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hazard analyses to identify critical control points and mitigate risks.
Monitor and validate HACCP plans for ongoing effectiveness.
Mentor and train quality team members on GMP and HACCP principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and supply chain, to integrate quality at all stages.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance quality assurance
Experience:
5+ years in quality assurance or engineering in food, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Hands-on experience with GMP and HACCP programs.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
