We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Quality Manager. This senior manufacturing-quality leadership role will oversee a team of more than 20 employees within a complex, ASME-regulated heavy-fabrication environment. The successful candidate will serve as a technical authority for manufacturing quality while leading Quality Engineering, Document Control and Quality Records.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Lead Quality Engineering, Document Control and Quality Records through two direct reports.
Provide technical leadership on ASME Code requirements and manufacturing-quality issues.
Oversee audits, NCRs, corrective actions, quality records and history-docket activities.
Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve quality performance and resolve production issues.
Mandatory Requirements:
10+ years of progressive manufacturing-quality experience.
Strong practical knowledge of ASME Codes and pressure-boundary manufacturing.
Experience within heavy-industrial fabrication, including welding, NDE and material traceability.
Proven experience leading a sizeable quality team through supervisors or team leads.
Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000
