Job Description

itec group is actively sourcing for an Automotive Quality Manager within the Tri-City region.    What they offer:

Duties: 
  • Quality Management Systems - IATF 16949 and ISO 16949
  • Identify and analyze quality-related issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop supplier quality standards, conduct supplier audits, and monitor supplier performance.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Certified IATF Auditor
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, including statistical process control, root cause analysis, FMEA, and APQP.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customer
