Job Description

itec group has partner with growing Tri-Cities fabrication client in their need for a Quality Supervisor with a strong background in welding. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for fabrication processes.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on welded components to verify quality.
  • Lead a team of quality control inspectors and provide training on CWB standards.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure consistent quality across all shifts.
  • Address non-conformities and initiate corrective actions as required.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role within a welding/fabrication environment.
  • Familiarity with CWB standards, codes, and regulations.
