Job Description

Our client a leading innovator in the food industry, dedicated to creating delicious, sustainable, and nutritious plant-based food products is actively searching for a Senior Research & Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and improving plant-based food products, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, taste, and nutrition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to bring innovative products from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and development of new plant-based food products, including formulation, ingredient sourcing, and process optimization.
  • Improve existing products based on consumer feedback, market trends, and nutritional guidelines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality, sustainable ingredients.
  • Perform sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Develop and execute pilot plant trials and scale-up processes for production.
  • Maintain detailed records of all research and development activities and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
