Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews for potential candidates, shaping their career paths

  • Build a network of skilled professionals while emphasizing the importance of consistency and follow-up

  • Qualify job duties with hiring managers/account managers, aligning with organizational strategy

  • Manage the end-to-end interview process, from initial contact to onboarding, incorporating a systematic and efficient approach

  • Stay updated on industry trends in Ontario

  • Develop and execute a business strategy within your assigned sector

  • Cultivate trusting relationships with candidates and clients
 
Your Contribution:

  • Customer-facing experience in recruitment, sales, services, or hospitality

  • Proven success in building strong, long-term relationships, reflecting our commitment to trust and consistency

  • Personal traits: competitive drive, ambition, adaptive & flexible, systematic & efficient 

  • Excellent communication skills, emphasizing our values of doing what we say we’ll do. 

  • Track record of achieving/exceeding performance goals

  • Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
