Job Description


North American Sales Manager

itec group is seeking a dynamic NA Sales Manager with a proven background in selling specialty machinery and/or equipment for a full-time opportunity. Reporting to the General Manager, the NA Sales Manager will be responsible for . The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of speciality machinery and/or equipment sales experience, post-secondary education in mechanical or electrical engineering. This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader. 

The NA Sales Manager Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Meet or exceed territory sales targets and manage portfolio of accounts, including all aspects of product sales cycle

  • Improve customer loyalty by providing consistent and expert technical support and/or solutions

  • Develop relationships with industry partners, distributors, and OEM’s

  • Assist with outstanding quotations and customer concerns

  • Understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred

  • 8-10 years of proven technical sales experience in speciality equipment/machinery

  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

  • Exceptional proven track record of performance
