Job Description

Sr. Mechanical Designer

itec group Inc. is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Designer. The successful incumbent will be tasked to provide assistance to project managers and builders to design machines and other projects as needed.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Design/3D model complex machinery and tools using CAD tools provided (Solidworks)
Single point of contact on specific design engineering projects, working directly with the project manager, technical staff, supervisors, and managers to meet requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

8+ years of Mechanical Design experience with the Automation sector
5+ years Solidworks CAD experience
Mechanical Engineering P.Eng or EIT

Preferred Requirements:

The ability to communicate and present to clients
Assist and mentor junior team members with the Engineering department
