Service Supervisor itec group has partnered with a client in Guelph that is actively in the market for Service Supervisor
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service management and technicians, ensuring their performance, productivity, and adherence to established processes and safety protocols
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify and pursue service opportunities
Mandatory Requirements:
5+ years proven experience in a leadership role within the service industry, preferably with a focus on industrial equipment or machinery servicing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Requirements:
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
