itec group Inc. is currently seeking a Systems Administrator for an exciting opportunity with a client of ours in the Niagara region.
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance of the computer desktop, server, and network environments & supporting the internal IT Helpdesk
Responsibilities:
Management of the Office and Plant Server requirements
Troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems
Establish and test disaster recovery policies and procedures
Assist with onboarding of new users
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field
5+ years’ experience with Enterprise level Windows
5+ years of system administration experience
Microsoft MSCA certification preferred
