Job Description


We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist  for an OEM client of ours in Mississauga. As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling various requisitions and inquiries with regards to technical support / troubleshooting, parts and servicing, warranty and customer issues .

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): 
  • Telephonic support
  • Providing customers with technical documentation 
  • Supporting continuous improvement and building on existing customer relationships
  • Part sourcing 
  • Project management & coordination 

What We Need From You: 
  • 3+ years of field work experience
  • Ability to understand various technical drawings (hydraulic, mechanical & electrical) 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong technical knowledge
