We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist for an OEM client of ours in Mississauga. As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling various requisitions and inquiries with regards to technical support / troubleshooting, parts and servicing, warranty and customer issues .

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Telephonic support
Providing customers with technical documentation
Supporting continuous improvement and building on existing customer relationships
Part sourcing
Project management & coordination
What We Need From You:
3+ years of field work experience
Ability to understand various technical drawings (hydraulic, mechanical & electrical)
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Strong technical knowledge
